There are a few perks to having a husband with mad ultrasound scanning skills and the ironic thing is...I didn't think I would ever get to take advantage of them. Little did I know, two pregnancies later, I have loved this little perk.
I just stop in on his break and we scan to our hearts delight.
It's been a journey people. Not gunna lie. But...at week 15 (last week) I became a tad emotional (again) when I saw that my magic bean had taken on an entire skeletal system. He/she has eyes, a spine, legs and toes. I am including my favorite shots:
In no particular order:
Sucking the thumb
Side shot with its little leg and the umbilical cord

Saying Hi (see those 5 perfect fingers?)

Chillin' in the bathtub (tibia & fibula well developed)

Infamous alien face

We took some butt shots but because it is still early, we are not guessing the gender yet. That's next month's post since one a month seems to be all I have energy to do anymore.

I'm not saying I'm ready to have a 5th baby but those pics are great, it's so awesome to have a little person inside of you! Congrats again :)
Totally wonderful and amazing!! Thanks Rachel for blogging. We love your stories and photos. You have such a terrific family. Congratulations...lucky little baby bean.
Oh, Rachel, I am so excited for you. Luckily, I have a fresh, little new one to remind me how joyous they are. Each one really is a little miracle. All the best to you.
