Almost everyday I am amazed by this child. Tatum is intelligent, focused and communicates really well. Several times she has been seen just starring at books and usually can be coaxed to her nap by bribes of reading stories.
Just yesterday, I caught her in a rare quiet moment just reading on the back porch. She had turned over a basket and plopped herself down for a good read.
Then she noticed me and did the natural thing...posed.
The odd thing is that the other three had been given permission to sleep in the tent that evening and they were having a great time setting up house but Tatum wanted nothing to do with it. 
She was content with her own adventure while her siblings had theirs.
