Exuding with...
my mom sent me a package that arrived on Monday morning. Among other things was this cardboard carton with a box of chocolates inside. As I inspected the box, I noticed that she had taped a piece of silver paper of the 'SEE' word and my sister had painstakingly cut small strips of gold paper and spelled out 'MOM' instead.
I was so excited to get a box of See's Candies for an early birthday present and was kind of surprised to learn that See's makes Salted Butter Rum Caramels. 
You might be saying "but Rachel, they don't." and you'd be right. My mother chimed in with "I think I got the flavoring too strong." And it was then that I realized that she had made those delightful butter rum caramels herself.
At first I was excited but then it turned to pure overwhelming emotion because that box will filled with salted love. It is no surprise that my mother makes candies. I just didn't see it coming. Love you too, mom!

Is this where I place my order for delightful candy :) I remember living for those packages filled with caramels all through college! I still have never tasted caramel that yummy!
