It's like Christmas Day

Before & After Since my couponing adventures have become a large part of our garage, it told Rob it was high time I had a proper shrine. I was tired of bowing shelves, food falling behind and stacks of cans piled up next to it.

So I found some core wood on craigslist and got 7 of them for $60. They were HUGE and extremely heavy but my buff husband went all the way down to Parkland to pick them up. They were 8 foot by 5 feet and are used in making doors.

We got a killer deal that literally almost killed him!

Last Thursday... Friday...

During...

Over the weekend...

Saturday...

Saturday night we were done and started loading the shelves. Rob gave in to exhaustion at about 10:30 but...

I couldn't stop. Being as giddy as a school girl I finally gave up Sunday morning at 3am.

It's almost like Christmas morning. We measured the shelves to fit cereal boxes, BBQ sauces and vegetables at 2 cans high so that I could use up every inche of space effectively.

It was a lot of work and we worked together brainstorming every last inch and bolt. I am known to be found out in the garage just staring at my baby from time to time.
