gender place: 20 out of 31I am disappointed that I did not improve from my last race but if anything....I am consistent.
I have no way of knowing what my pace is as I am running but have since changed that. Now I can be sure to clock my pace and speed up if needed. I refuse to lost to my own record by 7 seconds ever again. I would have to say that I haven't naturally improved in speed due to my lack of practice lately. My ankle has really flared up and I have taken the time to rest it by not running consistently. I hope to change that with lots of stretching and biking again. I miss running longer distances but I have to take care of my health before I set demanding goals.

Since my two oldest children were visiting Grandma, we only had the two youngest for the day. What a world of difference caring for two instead of 4 is. I had totally forgotten.
After the race we enjoyed the Enumclaw Annual Street Fair and Booths. Rob and I both love this town.
Olivia got the royal spoiled child treatment all day.
We have always wanted to try Cafe Panini in Enumclaw so this was our chance. I was not disappointed. Their Muffaletta was amazing!! We will definitely eat there again.
I am running a 5k with my family on our annual coast trip next week but my final 5k of the 555 series will be August 20th in Snoqualmie.
