Let's be realistic here...

Everyone knows that I can find good deals on baby food, I buy my baby clothing at the quarter sale or yard sales, nurse my babies and get free formula in the mail and from friends but diapers are always hard to come by without breaking the bank.  My friend Jen agreed that I needed to forget all the fuss and she threw me a diaper shower!

I invited my dearest friends from all over Maple Valley and we partied around an onslaught of diapers that just kept growing through out the evening.  There were even a few really smart women who brought me peanut butter treats.  White Chocolate Peanut Butter from Peanut Butter & Co. is where the real party is at.

Jello popcorn, Greek yogurt bar with fruit and granola toppings, pink lemonade cupcakes, a vegetable tray, cranberry juice and mint brownies.

 

My kids played with those diapers for days building forts, playing "Godzilla" on the tower and stepping games.

The ironic thing is that I have since chosen to go with cloth diapers.  At least I am going to give them a real shot and then all these diapers will supplement and last a little longer.
