I found out about the coolest thing on
Mommy Saving a Buck! (One of my favorite money saving websites.) If you go to this
Lowe's link, scroll down and click on the build and grow clinics button, it will allow you to register. They do these clinics about every 2 weeks and today was build a fire truck.
The best part is...it's FREE! They recommend that your child be in 1st to 5th grade but I called the Issaquah location and they were happy to accomodate Indy who is 4. He loved it! If your child is younger like mine, I suggest you call your Lowe's to see if they would allow them. I know Issaquah does.
Lowe's really goes all out. Indy came home with an apron, a certificate, a second project to work on and a badge to match his project. What a great activity for free! We even just registered last night so you can make that last minute decision.
