This is how NOT to cut a seed out of an avocado.

I chose not to get stitches, just glue and heavy bandages. If you are aware of how you slam that knife down on the seed in order to grab it and twist it out, well, I did that on an over ripe avacado and that knife missed and cut right through the avacado (and my thumb) like butter.

For once, I ask that you don't try to be like me.
