Okay...I can appreciate rain, heck there have been days that I have begged for rain. I came to Washington expecting some "rain" but NO ONE told me it would rain from September to June. What is up? What happened to the winter to spring to summer transition?
Althought I rant, I have been watching the weather on the East coast and also in the midwest. If I could choose this Seattle rain, the Iowa floods swallowing whole towns or the 104 degree heat wave in New York, I would stick with this horrible rain. I am just a little more appreciative now that I have seen people's houses fall into the rivers, how morbid is that?
I guess all this rain really makes one sooooo grateful for the sun when it does peek out from behind those clouds. Much more grateful than if it were out more often.
I can't wait until it gets warm enough that I have something new to complain about. Won't that be fun?
